Golf Trac "Free" Step 2

Since adding the Free plan to Golf Trac, it was important to give some indication that there's no need to enter payment details for this plan. So I went with a strikethrough on step 2, and felt-pen-ish writing to replace it, as if it were an edit in a handwritten book report.
