New Website, New Me -- Kevin Mercier Website Animations

I finally pulled the trigger.

I re-wrote and overhauled my personal website from React to Vue.js and it was a remarkable delight. No hard feelings React, you still have some gnarly tools, but for the time being Vue has my heart.
