Buckman Public House

Buckman Public House was a beautiful, but ultimately short lived bar and restaurant in Portland's Washington High school building.

The Buckman neighborhood was named after orchardist and education advocate, Cyrus Buckman. I paired apple blossoms with an antique lion to reference the greco roman lion busts that flank the high school's exterior.
