Smart Home GUI

Wouldn't be so nice to live in a world where you'd just need to touch a device in your home with your phone and that specific device's controls to just *magically* appear on your phone screen, not being bothered to log into an app and wait for it to load first so you coud use it?

Well, we don't live in a world like that, so here's a little something I wanted to share - a GUI for smart homes, which would allow the user to simply get near the device and the controls would just pop onto the screen.
