Pantone 136 C

When I came across this lyric, I thought about my hometown a lot and how growing up in a small town, no one wanted to talk about sex education, sexuality, STDs, or even anything confrontational, like speaking out against bullying or demanding to be treated with respect. I think about all the times I was silenced as a little Black gay boy, and I'm glad I have my voice today because there's a lot to say!

-For Black History month, I'll be creating Pantone swatches with lyrics from Black artists that have impacted me throughout my life.
