Toshare - Personal Notes and Checklists App

Concept for a Notes and Checklist App. Each note could contain simple text, checklists, images and/or photos, drawings and voice messages. The app should also allow sharing of notes between contacts as well as assign a deadline with alert. Feedback's appreciated!
