B12 Customer relationship manager

B12's customer base consists of small- and medium-sized business. Many of our customers do not yet have a formal system for storing, tracking, and communicating with their contacts.

B12's new customer relationship manager (CRM) is integrated into our customers' website platform. Every form submitted on their website — contact form submission, newsletter signup, custom form submissions, etc. — is automatically added to their CRM.
