Rare Analytics Healthcare Assessment

It is assessment that matters most when speaking about healthcare, because, in order to see the results, both doctors and patients need to track successes and failures of the latter. When designing the Assessment screen for Rare Analytics application, we thought of usability as well as kept in mind all the info a potential user would like to see on one screen. Finally, we got a clear screen with understandable labels and icons, informative, still not overloaded with excess details.
