User Flow Task Analysis 2019

When designing a user interface. I think it is extremely important to map out the steps a user will go through, completely agnostic of the interface screens. This helps make sure all steps are accounted for before you even start your design. In this version, I also surfaced some of the users Wants and Concerns/Worries so that information is top of mind for anyone viewing these user flows.
