Predictive opportunity analysis tool

In many instances, automation can be seen as a replacement for human effort. This design challenges that notion by showing that real-time intelligence can actually enable a person to make better decisions.

We're looking at how our platform can work as a tool in the sense of a workflow companion. This is a concept piece showing how we can leverage real-time analysis to help new employees understand the value of certain customer interactions.

In many cases, it's difficult for non-product teams to understand the value of harnessing the benefits of machine-learning for basic job tasks. My goal was to create an abstract version of some assistive concepts that would communicate the business impact of predictive insights when applied to real-time scenarios.

This is all future-state but helps frame a direction SaaS tools can go in terms of enabling human office workers to make better decisions by helping provide meaningful insights derived from a conversation as it's occurring.
