2018 was my second year, here on Dribbble and literally I was addicted to sharing my works here. It really helped me become a better designer and stay motivated everyday, but not very good for my mental health, so I just took a break to rethink my online presence. My conclusion is that I really love to share my works on Dribbble and I will continue to do that, but I will try to be less emotional implicated, and I sugesst you do the same. Just share something you're working on and let's see what happens, without any expections and too much emotional implication.
