The 3 C's for good mental health:

Connect
Interaction with others is vital for happiness, and it has to be in person.

Contribute
Get involved, contribute in some way to your community or family or something outside yourself.

Cope
Look after yourself, get enough sleep, eat well and get exercise. All will help your overall well being.
