Aligned for Excellence Badge

This was the final go at this mark for the client. We had decided that with the implementation and previous years having been in more of a badge form that that would be the best way to make it work. So this was the final badge design with both the ribbon lettering and hopefully keeping with the "breaking through the tape" kind of look. The implementation of it is attached.
