At Sense, we continue to explore ways to make life easier for our customers.

On one hand, there has been such a lack of good tools for recruiters, that almost anything we do will be an improvement. On the other hand, we still look for the big changes that will make our customers 10x more productive. Balancing these features and making sure that large changes to workflows are usable for our customers is one of our greatest challenges as designers at Sense.
