Quarkballchen

Quarkbällchen is a traditional (doughnut-like) German treat. This golfball-sized deep-fried balls are rolled in sugar, and they are sooo fluffy and soft!
Last time I visited a Christmas market here in Berlin, me and my boyfriend shared some of this "cottage cheese" treat.
