Illustrated Banners for User Dashboard

I designed and illustrated these banners for a company's LMS dashboard for employees. They are working on their own self-learning paths for training and this banners will appear for them in each section. We wanted it to make it modern, accessible, relevant, and less 'HR-ish'.
