The Nutcracker

At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries Russian ballet entered into the most brilliant period of its history. Ballet reform, which Pyotr Tchaikovsky began in “Swan Lake and proceeded with in “The Sleeping Beauty”, was completed with “The Nutcracker”.
