Airbrush Illustration

This is a digital illustration of an airbrush, originally created for self-promotion. Sketched mechanically, final drawing in Illustrator, and rendered in Photoshop using the paths as masks. For some pieces, I used just the cup with the paint splashing out. Actually, paint splashing out of the cup would not look like this; it is a much thinner mix. The illustration shows mechanical drawing ability, as well as rendering stainless steel and liquid. The attached "chromed" hose is a more artistic take on the usual braided air hose.
