This is a logo I’ve made last year for one of the biggest hackathons in The Netherlands named Hack Eindhoven Experience (HEX). The HEX team and I are still very excited about the outcome. For the animation I was inspired by the Gamecube start-up screen animation, if you want to learn more check out the process and a little explanation in the attachments. It took a long while before I posted a shot, but @Paul von Excite thanks for the invite!
