UI-A-DAY // Day 1 // This is a social news app. Right now, we have Medium, Apple News, and some other good apps. It feels, though, that sharing news is most often done by copying article links and sharing on Facebook, Twitter, or text. I wanted to make a news app that was intrinsically sociable. Like turning Medium into a social media. A social news medium.

TheSCOOP is designed to filter news that you'll care about and make it easy to share it with the people you care about. You can find news in the NEWS area, and share quotes and photos from news in the TALK area. Everything you post or save will show up in the YOU area on your Wall.
