Emantes

Emantes - International Lgbtqia+ Solidarity, was founded in 2018 by active members of the “Lgbtqia+ Refugees Welcome” collective in Athens.

I was asked to create an identity which would represent the organisation's 6 pillars: Understanding, Positive Attitude, Empathy, Respect, Solidarity and Support.

Emantes in Greek means ribbons (like the ribbons of a Maypole) which symbolise colour, joy, humour and unity.
