Pontoon - Landing Page Redesign - Section 2

This is the second section to the Pontoon homepage.
This section was not even the part of the first wireframe iteration but it came into notice when I took a feedback on the first iteration where the question came that why localization is important. It was a very important question considering that there is no reason in contributing, so to define a goal for the users, I came up with this section.
