Choose Happy T-Shirt for Sale

I learned something in preschool today. When kids get hurt, either physically or emotionally, they naturally get upset. But instead of soaking in tears, the teachers encourage our kids to choose happy, to forget the negative feelings and to feel happy, and therefore to have a great day.

This works surprisingly well on kids, but as adults we forget, we get carried away, we miss the important little things. I made a t-shirt to remind myself to Choose Happy.
