“DRAGON BALL” Radar

This is a radar in Japanese Cartoon “DRAGON BALL”. The design was inspired by the first animation “Orbit” in the “Motion Periodic Table” of Kazuki Akamine, a Japanese action designer. I would like to be able to use each of the basic animations during I am learning it.
