Safety Mobile

With my current employment at Safety Insurance, I have been involved in redesigning and maintaining a variety of B2C, C2C, and internal applications and websites. SafetyMobile is one of Safety's B2C apps that allows consumers to pay bills, file claims, manage insurance policies, and access information regarding their insurance policies. I started working in tandem with Safety's development team on this app in 2017 with the task to redesign the interface. Safety's main goals were to modernize the interface and to make the user experience easy and straightforward. I provided the team with lowfi, highfi wireframes and comps, as well as front end development and direction. After pushing the updates live, Safety found there was an influx of new user profiles and less inquiries to their Customer Support lines in regards to the app. To this day, I assist with updating the app quarterly and pitching innovative, new ideas to help keep the app current and fresh.
