ExiFy- employee experience platform

Hi guys.
A year back I was working with a new starting VC, focused on ai and human impact. The goal was to generate 6 ideas which will be in the backlog. Now the goal was every month to have at least one idea which is generated, researched and tested to check if there is a market and also are people in the market are going to use the product, and at the end after several prototypes an MVP was developed and after the idea is paused so the seeking of the next idea can re-start.

It was a fun activity and extremely challenging. Glad to share with you the first product that we've shaped called Exify. Aiming to transform the employee experience, since companies, in general, are loosing around 1trillion $ every year because of lack of engagement. Another crucial metric was the retention of the employees in a company which was an AVG of a year.
So exify gives to the employee pre-defined sets of the goal-measurement template (OKR's, PDP, etc.). Also, it was tracking them, suggesting learning materials and giving individual challenges to the employee. All the metrics are given to the leadership team so they can react faster and jump in to solve an issue with the employee if there is one. (lack of motivation, lack of growth, etc.).
