Two of the greatest painters in Mexico, Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, were also lovers nicknamed “the elephant and the dove”. This story of passion between two incompatible personalities, both defenders of Mexico and both enamoured with painting, is a rich tale begetting many questions.
