In my final week at Code Nation, we have teamed up with Pledge(Help the homeless charity) to create an app to help identify where homeless people sleep in Manchester, so that charities and volunteers can give them the help they need.

This is only a concept at the moment but I have been tasked with the UI designs, any feedback appreciated!
