Butcher & Barbecue

A simple idea that hit me while having some amazing BBQ at a local joint in Springfield, MO.
I’ve not seen this done before, but thought the combination of the classic butcher cuts and state outlines was unique.
I’m hoping the owner agrees so I can work a good trade out :)
