Here's an icon I created for Uptick's Objectives.

Uptick's objectives track the "big things" people on the team are working on. Some teams might call them goals, projects, rocks, etc.

Since objectives are significant bodies of work, we wanted the icon to have a milestone feel marking a major undertaking.

Adding the check-mark into the flag helps focus the idea that completion of these objectives is the goal, not merely working towards them.
