Running Sea Monster!

This sea boi is from Fire the Cannon!, an endless wave arcade game I'm developing. Unfortunately, 60 fps and GIFs don't seem to like each other, which means you're seeing the 30 fps version.

But with that said, this was a fun creation to whip up! It all started with a sketch, followed by a couple of Illustrator drafts, and was finalized with a running cycle animation and oceanic environment.
