Package release history

Release history informs developers if the package is well-maintained as well as when certain changes are introduced. Currently websites such as github and npm display release history as a long linear list of items, which can be hard to navigate and read.

When designing this section, I experimented with different ways to visualize the release frequency so users can get a better sense of the development history and status. The two column layout, with a list of releases divided by years on the left and more details on the right, provides a simpler way to explore the changelog and compare features between versions.
