Really, everyone. Even common everyday people may need to
borrow a small
riding lawn mower because theres is in the shop.
Or someone cant afford to hire a contractor to do light dirt work,
gives them the
ability to do it there selves. Also for the rentee it generates revenue
for them as
well. Could see it come in handy during grain season as well. If a
tractor fails it
gives another avenue to continue working with someone elses equipment
