Devices illustration process snapshot

A little sneak peak into my illustration process.

I trace / draw the objects first usually from real photos I take myself or stock photography. These objects are carefully chosen symbols / metaphors which communicate and are relevant to the user in the context of the product, and thus contribute to the project goal. Then I play with arrangement and color combination so that the composition and feel of the piece fits well with the product aesthetically.

The final result is a beautiful illustration that adds clarity to the user and visual delight in the product.
