Slow Down - Sticker Exchange

Every year I create a list of goals that I want to do in that year, this year I also added a few sayings to the bottom of the goals one of which was to "Slow Down."

For anyone that knows me well knows that I have a bunch of plates in the air at all time. I want and need to slow down on some of these "extra" things even if I love doing them. To start to focus on some of the things I really need to get done.
