Umbrella Rentals Animation

On my last shot I showed some of the screens I did for a concept app that allow people to book a umbrella on their favorite beach. Here's the interaction animation I managed to do while playing around with After Affects.

Still taking my first steps on this software... any suggestions for good tutorials/online courses on After Effects/UI Animation?
