Talking about VFX, well I am rookie. I obviously watch Youtube videos to get things done, try to recreate things and I am very thankful to Andrew Kramer's Videocopilot for his contribution to Motion Graphics community.
Design and Animated in After Effects. Plugin - Saber and some after effect presets. I will try to explore more with this free plugin. Stay tune. :)
