I'm designing a new app for a client. As a bit of an experiment, I started out with HTML/CSS clickable wireframes (I've been doing that a lot lately), and now I'm actually designing the details of the app in frontend code, right down to javascript, in the browser.

I've been doing bits and pieces of design like this for a long time, but never an entire app. It's a much more considered approach, and makes me think a lot more about how things are working as I'm designing.
