Simplification logo concept for headbits ( for sale )

Here is new logo concept I'm exploring for Headbits, a consulting and software development company based in Zurich.

The logo icon represent the simplification of geometric shape ( transformation of square to circle) that is related to company tagline "We reduce complexity to foster positive ideas".
