Daily Poster 2: Owl

Owls are amazing! Besides being in Harry Potter 😜, What's your favorite thing about them? .
🍂Takeway points: 🔸be playful with type!
🔸use repeating elements. I took the O from the word owl and repeated it behind the owl image.
🔸complimentary colors are meant to look good with each other :) use them!
🔸stippling in Photoshop adds texture and dimension to the piece (I used the scatter airbrush that comes with photoshop)
🔸add depth by having overlapping parts. Here the word owl stands out, while the background recedes and the image is inbetween.
