logo *voeg gesign matters

I want to start with my logo. I finished it recently. It mixes the name voeg with some properties i usually have. Hat and mustache. I wanted to keep it simple but remarkable. Just gave'em some kind of vintage dimension and a spot reflection. Currently i use no color anywhere. Tell me your opinion about it.
