Beyond Wearable Fashion Tech Future Tech/IoT Conference
To design a boutique conference experience, our team focused on creating a unique and memorable atmosphere for attendees. The conference was held in a trendy event space in the heart of San Francisco, with a modern industrial design aesthetic.
To set the tone for the conference, we designed a bold and futuristic logo that featured sleek lines and a futuristic typeface. This logo was used throughout the conference materials, including signage, promotional materials, and on the conference website.
To further enhance the conference experience, we worked with a local catering company to create a custom menu featuring healthy and sustainable options. We also sourced locally-made products for the conference swag bags, including organic skincare products and artisanal chocolates.
To create a sense of community and connection among attendees, we arranged for small group discussions and networking sessions throughout the day. These sessions were facilitated by industry experts and provided attendees with the opportunity to share their experiences and insights with their peers.
To provide attendees with a break from the conference sessions, we also arranged for several interactive and hands-on experiences. These included a fashion tech workshop, where attendees could design and create their own wearable technology, and a virtual reality fashion show, where attendees could experience the latest trends in fashion tech firsthand.
Overall, the Wearable World Labs Future Tech, Fashion Tech conference was a success, with over 200 attendees and rave reviews from attendees. The boutique conference experience we designed allowed attendees to connect with their peers, learn from industry experts, and experience the latest trends in wearable technology and fashion tech firsthand.
