Boon
Boon is a platform for recruiters that use referral automation.
Most hires in companies come from referrals. Boon allows employees to refer people within their network to open positions in their companies.
After our initial discovery phase, we determined that there were two personas we needed to design a tailored experience for; Employees, to they could easily refer people from their network and Companies, so they could create a profile to present to referred candidates and publish openings.
Since most enterprise users of Boon use it through their desktop, we decided to created a web app accessible from any browser.
