Taste of freedom

This print is inspired by Freedom Bakery, an artisan bakery within the grounds of a Glaswegian prison, who reintroduce ex-convicts and those still in custody to employment. The venture offers it’s workforce new technical skills and often a new passion for the craft of bread making.
