Sci-Fi UI #23 - Spatial Interface

Yet again, Spielberg puts in the effort, for Minority Report back in 2002 he hired an interface design team lead by MIT PhD graduate John Underkoffler to create the concept for this futuristic gesture based interface. His team decided to treat this task as a research and development project, looking into how humans currently used gestures to interact with interfaces and even produced and dictionary of gestures for the film. After the UI was positively received he was funded to turn his concept into a full product, and so the "G-Speak Spatial Operating Environment" was created, with a client list including NASA and IBM.
