Weather based playlist generator app

An app concept I came up with, essentially it is a weather app at heart, but based on what the weather outside is like, it will generate a playlist based on that mood. So think rainy day playlists and summer vibes for those hot days.

I thought it would be nice for the image in the background to change based on the weather, which could be curated from photographers work, similar to how some youtube music channels work. Then below is a lyric, a lyric from a song from the playlist. This will help set the tone for the playlist.
