Mental Swatch is a website with a partnering app that gives the user, and only the user, data about their everyday life. After a 30-day observation period, it curates the data based on the users preliminary expectations and shows the user potential blind spots in their life. For example it would inform you of how much time you spend on instagram and how that aligns with your own estimation. It allows the user to min- max their life.
