The Narcissus. 🚀 For those unfamiliar with the movie Alien (1979), Sigourney Weaver's character (Ellen Ripley) used this space shuttle to escape the destruction of the USCSS Nostromo. The Egyptian inspired design showcased at the bottom of this badge is the logo for the Weyland-Yutani Corporation. ✨

Art Tip: Try to limit your color palette. 🎨 I've been practicing more self control as of late when adding color to my work. For this piece I decided on two complimentary colors before I even began converting the sketch to vector. Just build up the palette with different values based on the color(s) you choose. The range of tints and shades will help establish proper contrast when adding highlights and shadows. 👍🏼
