Pubmed, is a well known and widely used biomedical search platform and Coremine Medical is a domain-specific search engine for medical information.

Challenges to resolve:
1) filters are difficult to find & clear
2) Relevant actions are not associated properly
3) Overall navigation looks difficult to handle
4) Inconsistency in design
5) The design is outdated and crowded
