Privacy Error Page Concept

I was thinking about a new redesign for browser's "Privacy Error" page and I came up with this one.

This design is made for simplicity, but also has an "old school" feeling to it. What do you think?

The main focus of this design is to make the whole page simple and easy to navigate, but still give the visitor a feeling of security.
